Walked 8 miles around the city along the water and went to the Union Square farmers market, and took one too many pictures of all the pretty trees blooming
Had my first Self Care Day yesterday. Hid from the thunderstorms at the library with my daughter, took a walk at a state park and hit up a farm stand on the way home.
Spending my day playing in a foot of snow at Alta
Finally took myself to the digital Van Gogh experience at the Indianapolis Museum of Art
Picnicked on the beach yesterday & had the place almost totally to myself. Also caught up on reading & baked some biscotti!! All in all, a ridiculously relaxing day
My SCD was dreamy! I spent the afternoon at my neighborhood park. Had a bonfire and cookout with my girlfriends in the evening. Hello spring fever!
I made some pasta! The inside is polenta and local cheese and the outside is a traditional ragu.
Started my day with a long walk, some nature meditation, Jay Shetty podcasts, then boat and beach with the family!! Was a beautiful day.
